the story i am reading has different kinds of story's in it. the book is called you are here this is now its has poems, stories,essays,and art from the best young writers and artists in America.they are all teenagers, sharing their truth in powerful words and images. their poems, stories, essays, and works of art give us the real world from different angles the highs, the lows, and all the thought in between. together they add up to a chorus of songs, shouts, and whispers. they are the voices of the present and the voices of the future. this book shows the troubles the teenagers had there one story about a person that loves art and the horizon when he first saw it with his father. he tells his father to talk a picture of the horizon and it came out out bad so he try to paint it and it still did he started paint nice stuff but when he did he felt bad cause he was ruining the original colors so he stopped paints for two years and he had his painting supplies hiding, one day he friend asked him to paint him but he said no until one point he did while he was painting his friend he realized that very picture is like that nothing can come out perfect

the main character in this story is kate she likes a little thrill and likes little scare. she loves getting the chance to go to the exclusive week-long writing conference taught by the famous master of horror himself. the in the it says that he's so good at being bad. with a teacher like that, you expect a little competition. with a teacher like that, you practically have to kill to get his attention in the story it says that she didnt sleep good because of the scary things they told her that she kept on thinking of the bloody hand and voices calling her name at night she asked her if she had a good sleep but she didn't.
